Dente was founded by three friends brought together by craftsmanship, culinary curiosity, and a shared commitment to community. What began as a small passion project has grown into a pursuit of excellence — creating pasta that honors tradition, celebrates local agriculture, and brings people together around the table.
We handcraft every batch using only premium, locally sourced Arizona wheat, extruding and slow-drying our pasta to achieve exceptional texture and quality. Our process is intentional, our ingredients thoughtfully chosen, and our standards rooted in integrity and inclusivity.
Beginning in early 2026, Dente will join Arizona’s farmers markets and special events, offering our signature dried pastas alongside a rotating menu of hot dishes prepared with our own handcrafted creations.
